Q: How do I pay?
A: There are options of Credit card, Instand EFT, Manual Transfer/Cash Deposit. Credit cards and Instant EFT will be paid through PAYFAST.
Q: Is PayFast Secure?
A: Yes, you can find more information about them at www.PayFast.co.za.
Q: Can I buy in store/on-site?
A: Yes, you can buy from our retail stores or at our office with your debit/credit/cheque cards.
Q: Do I pay VAT on the items?
A: You are not liable to pay VAT at the moment until we receive our new VAT number.
Q: Do you accept cash on site? In store or office?
A: No, no cash will be accepted, but you can do cash deposit into our account or pay by cards, and EFT.
Q: Do you accept cheque?
A: Yes, but we will need a minimum 7 days to clear the payment before we can release the order.
Delivery
Q: Is the delivery free?
A: Delivery is free within South Africa. (Currently only for Gauteng, Rustenburg, Klerksdorp, Polokwane, George, Durban, Cape Town.) We are in the process of adding national delivery.
Q: How long does the delivery take?
A: Delivery within Johannesburg usually takes between 1-3 working days, others may take between 1-5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Q: Does the delivery include insurance?
A: Yes, the package is insured up to R1000.00 .
Purchases
Q: Do Green Onion accept bulk orders?
A: Yes we do , for wholesale/resale/bulk orders, please contact us for a quote at sales@greenonion.co.za .
Warranty
Q: Is there any warranty on the tablet pcs?
A: Yes, all hardware/tablet pc comes with a one year warranty, please check terms & conditions for more information.
Q: Is there any after sales support other than warranty?
A: Yes, we provide after sales support, you may post a question on our forum/blog or email us at info@greenonion.co.za .
